"This was terribly interesting. Juxtaposition of the musical instrument with artistes. Lighting generous in its ambiance. Grace and elegance. Such enjoyment. Wonderful."

Washing Day
Drawing on 20 years of experience in teaching contemporary dance and creative workshops to children, Tac-au-Tac's dancers devised and choreographed this lyrical narrative dance piece for very young children (from 3 years old)
Set in a 1950's kitchen, Washing Day was inspired by nonsense poetry.
On washing day, two little girls play hide and seek amongst the piles of washing when some of the items of clothing take on gigantic proportions. Trousers try to read Mum's newspaper, Blouse organises a tea party and searches for a missing Button, Button is enjoying the taste of freedom... and Top Hat is trying to keep law and order!
